Following the success of oenology in the 1970s, many wine growers began to believe that they could make wines away from the region of origin and so, all over the world, many started to copy the Bordeaux wine-making methods, producing wines at a much higher rate than in the past.

This chain of events has come to define the current market where there are too many wines of the same type, despite their very different origins.

The ‘natural’ wines that can be found at Coffee O'Clock are true to their origin and a credit to the passionate wine growers that produce them.
